Theatre Scholarships

Are you interested in applying for an NDSU Theatre Arts Scholarship? We allow both in-person and virtual scholarship auditions for all interested students.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Start by filling out this form.
   
2. Send us or schedule an in-person audition to present the following:
   
   • Musical Theatre Students:
     • A one-minute cutting from a recognized musical
     • A contrasting one-minute dialogue
       
   • Performance Students:
     • Two contrasting one-minute dialogues
       
   • Design/Tech Students:
     • Images of your most recent work

APPLICATION DEADLINE

The deadline to apply is April 15th, 2025.

Factors determining the awarding of the scholarships:
• Financial need
• Talent/potential
• Seriousness of intent
• Scholastic record

IMPORTANT: All theatre scholarships are contingent on your acceptance into North Dakota State University.
