NDSU Piano Studio Event Series: Dr. Wottrich’s Shostakovich Performance

The NDSU student pianists and faculty Dr. Tyler Wottrich and Dr. Robert Groves gather to perform for one another, discuss pianistic issues, and experience guest performances and masterclasses every Tuesday 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. in Beckwith Recital Hall while classes are in session.
Starting this 2024-2025 Academic Year, we are opening a number of these Studio Classes to the public, especially young musicians, teachers, and homeschool families in the form of our new “NDSU Piano Studio Public Events Series.”
From 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, Dr. Tyler Wottrich will perform Shostakovich Piano Concerto No. 2.
Fee free to bring a lunch and connect with NDSU piano students, faculty, and other members of the Fargo-Moorhead musical community in the Challey School of Music Atrium adjacent to Beckwith Recital Hall.

All events take place in Beckwith Recital Hall. Due to construction of the Challey School of Music building addition, patrons need to use the SOUTH entrances of Reineke Fine Arts Center.
